Issey Sport is one of Issey Miyake’s diffusion lines, sitting somewhere between the brand’s more avant-garde ideas and casual everyday sportswear.
The “I.S” logo pieces have been gaining popularity recently. Here we have the IS logo raised across the chest, with a star forming the “I”. The logo is stitched and padded into the fabric to create a subtle 3D effect. Finished with ribbed cuffs and a slightly cropped fit.
Not bad for a piece pushing 40 years!
